I most enjoyed Jam’s discussion with himself on the issues surrounding work on a Sunday.
Many of us, instinctively, think that refusing to work on a Sunday is a bad thing. Ideally we wouldn’t do it very often, but we mustn’t make a rule out of it. Surely, in this day and age when grace rules, Sabbath observance has had its day?
Not quite so simple. It’s all about how we use our freedom.

Having finished reading Reformed is not Enough, I’ve done some reading of those who interact with the material.
There are some great quotations in the epilogue of Reformed is not Enough.
What’s going on in the passages (like those in Hebrews) that speak of Christians falling away? An extended quotation because it is so helpful:

Quite so. The question is, when will this happen?

A common question. Which leads some people to try and argue that the faithful in OT times would have known as much about Jesus as we do today. They argue this to avoid being open to pluralism, relativism. inclusivism or rose-by-any-other-name-ism.
