The Trinity 4: Joining the Family

The fourth of 5 Sunday sermons on the doctrine of the Trinity, delivered at St Mary's Kemsing during June and July 2020.

So far, we've looked at

• (week 1) the witness of the 4 gospels - Jesus is God, there is one God, the Father Son and Spirit are not the same,
• (week 2) the Father and the Son always work together (the first way to reconcile one God with 3 distinct persons), and
• (week 3) the Father comes first.

This fourth talk focuses on the work of the Holy Spirit, as he draws us into the fellowship enjoyed by Father and Son, so that God's greatest gift is himself as he shares his inner life with us.
